Rental Agreement

One Rental Agreement must be completed per booking.

Adult (19+) Release of Liability Waiver

Every individual who is 19+ years of age and using our equipment must complete an  Adult Release of Liability Waiver.

Minor (>19) Release of Liability Waiver

Every individual who is under 19 years old and using our equipment must have a parent or legal guardian complete a Minor Release of Liability Waiver on their behalf.
